The main feature that of the Velour treatment is the delicacy, which is fundamental for benefiting sensitive skin, that requires a gentle cleanse, with respect to the hydrolipidic mantle and the physiological pH.

Velour is able to significantly reduce:

Tools used

  • Bowl

    Beech wood bowl, designed to pour hair treatments products that need to be mixed or distributed in pre-determined quantities.

  • Pincel

    Large bristles brush, extremely soft and gentle, specifically designed for bowl mixing and application of the hair treatments onto the scalp and Lengths.

Step by step

  • Restore

    Put 20-30 ml of CUTIS PURA hygienic scalp emulsion (adapting the quantity to the hair type) in the medavita bowl and separate the hair into cross-shaped sections. Distribute evenly on dry scalp, creating cross sections with locks of hair about 2 cm thick, gently patting the scalp with vertically positioned pincel. Proceed with a distributive massage with circular motions of the fingertips all over the scalp; leave to act from 5 (in case of routine cleansing) to 10 minutes (in case of scalp anomaly). Gently pour a little water over the head with the bowl and emulsify the product well. Rinse carefully.

  • Cleanse

    Dilute 7-10 ml of VELOUR soothing shampoo with about 20 ml of water and pour the obtained emulsion on dry scalp. Evenly distribute the mix all over the scalp, working from the caudal, lateral and frontal regions towards the center of the head so as to promote lymphatic drainage. Massage gently with your fingertips and rinse thoroughly. Repeat application using 5-10 ml of product and let the product act for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

  • Hydrate the fiber

    Apply 10 ml of HYDRATIONIQUE Ultra-conditioning hair fluid on the lengths (adapting the quantity to the hair type). Leave to act for 1 or 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

  • Treat the scalp

    Apply one phial of VELOUR Soothing scalp lotion directly on the scalp. Direct the dispenser spout toward the 9 RSPs, applying to each point once only and massaging in gently with the fingers after each application. When these points are stimulated, the erector muscles contract, squeezing the sebaceous gland, which then swells up, absorbing the lotion into the follicular hollow. Wait a few seconds and apply the remaining content of the phial in a sunburst pattern all over the scalp. Massage in gently with a circular motion, starting at the back, sides and front of the head and finishing in the middle of the head so as to promote lymph drainage.

  • Massage ON/OFF

    Perform the massage technique ON / OFF, depending on the skin type.
